Building and Running the Examples: Prerequisites

Before you start building and running example applications, you should have Java runtime environment, Perl, the S60 SDK and S60 Example Applications installed on your PC. For details, please refer to the S60 3rd Edition SDK for Symbian OS Installation Guide.

For S60 emulator builds, you also need to have a C++ IDE suite installation supported by the S60 SDK, such as Codewarrior for Symbian OS IDE.
