Menu is your control key; Wheelbutton is your meta key.

SCROLLBACK:
	use the wheel to scroll up/down in scrollback
	Menu + wheel goes a page at a time
	Alt + wheel-up goes to the top; Alt + wheel-down goes to the bottom

D-pad is the arrow keys

	can scroll around using the direction pad and the wheel, click to
	mark one end of the selection, click again to copy the region

	line entry (enter an entire line at once)




Extra VT100-like command codes understood by Terminal Monkey:

<ESC> [ ? (color#) ; (red) ; (green) ; (blue) C
	redefine ANSI color.  color number is in the range 0 - 7 for normal
	colors, and 10 - 17 for bold colors.  color elements are in the range
	0 - 63.  the redefined color is used for both foreground (30-37) and
	background (40-47) color changes in the "m" code.  if all three color
	components are omitted (in other words, only the color# is specified),
	the color will be reverted to its default value.

<ESC> [ ? 8 ; (red) ; (green) ; (blue) C
	flash the wheel light.  color elements are in the range 0 - 63.

<ESC> [ ? 9 ; (red) ; (green) ; (blue) C
	set the cursor color.  color elements are in the range 0 - 63.
